Acadian Unit 72

This is the ambulance that I work on. It is unit 72 stationed in Patterson Louisiana. It is one of 3 units that services St. Mary Parish. Me and my partner at work just got finished waxing our unit (yes, we have to wax our trucks on the 1st Saturaday of every month). My partner just so happen to have his digital camera at work so we took the unit to Lake End Park in Morgan City and took a few picture. This is the one that came out the best. As you can tell we really like the unit that we have. That is why we take care of it like we do. Anyway, if you want to know more about where I work, drop me a line. I am also a recruiter and can help you get a job here. We are offering some really nice sign on bonuses as well as relocation assistance for certain markets. You can also check us out at Acadian.com.

You gotta get a TIVO!

You gotta get a Tivo! In case you are wondering what a TIVO is (I can't believe you don't know), it is a Digital Video Recoreder much like a VCR but with NO TAPES. I love this thing. I have a very unusual work schedule which keeps me from watching shows on a regular basis. Now that I have a TIVO, I can watch MY shows when I want. AND, I download my favorite show and burn them on a DVD so that I can take them to work and watch them when I want there. This is the best invention since slice bread. Check out their website at TIVO .com to get your own. When you register you can put my email address (GWM052877@hotmail.com) and I get points for everyone that signs up. Then I get a FREE TIVO. So, help me out. But more importantly, help yourself out.
